Make Tent camping easier from the first mile to the first campfire. Medina Adventure Company offers pickup, delivery, and campsite setup options for select tent rentals and camping packages.
 
Choose pickup if you want to grab your Tent and gear and go. We’ll have your tent rental packed, organized, and ready for your trip.
 
Choose delivery if you want us to bring your tent to your campground, home, event site, or approved outdoor location.
 
Choose delivery and setup if you want the easiest experience. Our team delivers the rental items, sets up the tent or campsite package, and makes sure the major pieces are ready before you arrive.
 
Delivery and setup availability depends on location, campground access, rental package, weather, timing, and site conditions. Additional delivery fees may apply outside our standard service area.
 
Customers are responsible for reserving the campsite, confirming campground rules, and making sure the site allows the rented equipment. The site must be accessible, safe, reasonably level, and large enough for the selected tent or package.
 
For the smoothest setup, please provide your campground name, site number, arrival time, departure time, and any gate codes or special instructions when booking.
