Welcome to Medina Adventure Company, Inc. (“Medina Adventure Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the processing, shipping, and delivery of retail products purchased through our website.

1. Processing Times

 

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. You will be notified by email if there are any unexpected delays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for select products)

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment’s progress.

4. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the continental United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional processing time and incur higher shipping rates.

5. International Shipping

 

At this time, Medina Adventure Company does not offer international shipping. Please check back for updates as we expand our fulfillment capabilities.

6. Shipping Restrictions

 

Certain products — including oversized equipment, hazardous materials, or temperature-sensitive items — may have shipping limitations or require special handling. These restrictions will be noted on the product page or during checkout.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

 

Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. However, if your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jeff@medinaadventureco.com. We’ll assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement whenever possible.

8. Pre-Orders and Backorders

 

If an item is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, you will be notified of the expected shipping date at checkout or by follow-up email. You may cancel your order for a full refund anytime before the item ships.

9. Returns and Exchanges

 

For return and refund details, please refer to our [Refund Policy]. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Medina Adventure Company, Inc.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be fair and transparent in our refund and cancellation process. Please review our policy carefully before booking or purchasing.

Rental Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the rental start date:
    Full refund of any deposits or payments.

  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before the rental start date:
    A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental start date:
    Deposits are non-refundable.

  • No-shows on the day of rental are considered cancellations and are not eligible for refunds.

Product Returns

  • Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a 100% refund of the product price.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned or refunded.

Additional Information

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Medina Adventure Company reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned in unsellable condition or if cancellation terms are not met.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any rentals or purchases made through our site (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or Services.

1. General Information

 

The information and materials on this website are provided for general informational purposes only. While we make every effort to keep all details accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee completeness or reliability. Your use of any information on this website is at your own risk.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase and 25 years of age to make rental reservation through our website. By using our Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Rental Terms

By booking a rental through Medina Adventure Company, you agree to comply with all rental rules, requirements, and safety guidelines provided at the time of reservation or delivery.

  • Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the rental date: No cancellation fee.

    • Cancellations made 7–14 days before the rental date: 50% cancellation fee applies.

    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental date: Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits and Security Holds: Security deposits may be required for certain rentals. These will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the returned item or vehicle.

  • Condition of Rentals: All rental equipment and vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received. Additional cleaning, repair, or late-return fees may apply.

  • Insurance Approval Requirement: All rentals are subject to insurance verification and approval. Medina Adventure Company will confirm coverage through our insurance provider prior to finalizing any rental agreement. If any renter, driver, or authorized user is not approved for coverage, the reservation will be canceled, and any payment or deposit will be refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy. Customers are not permitted to take possession of any rental product or vehicle until insurance coverage has been fully verified and approved.

4. Product Sales and Returns

Unopened retail products may be returned for a 100% refund within 7 days of purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable. Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless defective upon arrival.

5. Payments

All payments must be made through approved and secure methods available on our site. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability

Medina Adventure Company, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or expenses resulting from:

  • Improper use of rented or purchased equipment

  • Accidents, delays, or acts of nature

  • Errors or omissions in website content

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product or service.

All content, designs, text, images, logos, and materials on this site are owned or licensed by Medina Adventure Company and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.

  • Returning equipment in the same condition as delivered

  • Paying any late fees, damage fees, or replacement costs

  • Following all safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions

Failure to abide by these terms may result in additional charges.

6. Glamping & Outdoor Experience Bookings

Booking a glamping tent, campsite package, or adventure experience constitutes acceptance of:

  • The specific booking terms

  • Check-in/check-out guidelines

  • Cancellation and refund policies

  • Site rules and safety instructions

Medina Adventure Company is not responsible for weather conditions, acts of nature, or events outside our control once a booking has begun.

7. Payments & Billing

All payments must be made at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise stated.
By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge all applicable fees, including:

  • Rental fees

  • Security deposits

  • Damage or cleaning charges

  • Cancellation fees per our policy

We use third-party processors and do not store full payment information.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

9. User Content

If you upload photos, reviews, or feedback, you grant Medina Adventure Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes.

  • Misuse of equipment

  • Weather-related incidents

  • Acts of nature

  • Loss due to negligence by the renter or participant

Participants must use all equipment responsibly and follow safety instructions.

Medina Adventure Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
