Do I have to be a member to rent from Medina Adventure Company?

​

No. Membership is simply the best-value way to adventure more often.

​

Why should I become a member instead of just booking normally?

​

You don't have to. You can always book adventures with Medina Adventure Company as you go.

 

Membership is simply for people who want adventure to become something their family actually does, no something they keep saying they'll do someday.

 

It makes getting away easier, gives you more value when you do, and puts a little momentum behind making the memories happen.

 

Do the membership experiences build on each other?

 

Yes. Every higher membership includes the annual adventures and benefits of the levels beneath it.

Can I trade an included adventure for additional days?

​

Yes. Summit members exclusively can exchange an included adventure for additional days on another eligible Medina Adventure Company experience.

​

So if you'd rather stay longer than take another separate trip, you can use the value of that adventure to extend the experience you're already planning.

It's your membership. Adventure the way that fits you best.

 

Can I use more than one adventure on the same trip?

​

Yes. It's your membership benefit to use when you want, subject to product availability.

​

Can I upgrade one of my included experience?

​

Yes. You can use the included benefit and extend or add to it and pay the difference.

Can I give one of m my adventures to someone else?

​

Yes. You're welcome to gift an adventure to someone else. The recipient will simply need to follow our standard rental policies, sign the rental agreement, and provide the required security deposit.

Is delivery and setup included?

 

Delivery, setup and pickup are included within Medina County. Additional delivery fees apply outside Medina County and will be quoted based on location.

When can I use my included adventures?

​

Experiences may be reserved during your active membership and are subject to equipment and date availability. Early booking is encouraged.

​

Are campground fees included?

 

Campground reservations, campsite fees and park admission fees are separate unless specifically stated in the experience.

Can I add extra days?

​

Yes. Members receive discounted pricing, based on membership level, on additional days added to their included adventures. 5% Discount for Trailhead and Explorer members. 10% Discount for Summit members.

Can I reserve holiday weekends?

 

Yes. Holiday weekends may be reserved, subject to availability. Early booking is strongly encouraged. 

​

What happens if I do not use an adventure?

​

Unused included adventures roll forward into the following membership year while your membership remains active.

 

Does membership automatically renew?

​

Yes. Your membership renews annually until you choose to cancel it.
